A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chief of the organization of the BF C Branch Office.

On February 23, 2013, from around 15:00 to 15:35, the Defendant participated in the 3,500 Labor Competition Act with 3,50 members, etc. of the Korea Trade Union Federation at the Seoul Yongsan-gu square located in Yongsan-gu Seoul.

From 15:45 to 17:35 after the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant occupied the lane for about 61 minutes from around 16:34 to 17:35, and obstructed the passage of many unspecified persons, including about 2,500 participants in other assemblies, as well as about 1,60 persons who participate in other assemblies, and occupying 7 lanes from Roter-ri to Gain-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, to 16:34 to 17:35.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
