Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Korea Trade Union D branch under B's affiliated organization.

On February 23, 2013, from around 14:10 to 15:35, the Defendant participated in the “B organization’s pending issues of the 5th emergency strike and the 10th task resolution unit,” which was hosted by the organization B in the Seoul Station that was located in 122.

From around 15:45 on the same day, the Defendant, along with approximately 3,50 participants in the above assembly, went through the Bank of Korea route through the sublime funeral, using two lanes from the Seoul Station square to two-lanes. At around 16:31 on the same day, the Defendant occupied approximately 2,50 participants in the above assembly as well as around 17:36 on the same day, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle by holding an assembly on the road, by holding the assembly on the road, by holding it off or carrying out relief.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
