Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 23, 2013, the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Labor Union Federation”) who passed the session of the Korean Labor Union (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Labor Union Federation”) held a “Korean Labor Union Korean Workers’ Congress to resolve the pending labor issues (hereinafter referred to as “Labor Union”) with the participation of 4,000 members, etc. of the Korean Labor Union in the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul and planned to proceed to the Seoul Station, sublime, the Bank of Korea, the branch of the Bank of Korea, and the Seoul Squ.

As a result, from around 14:10 on February 23, 2013 to around 15:35 on the same day, 3,500 participants of the above assembly started to go through two lanes using a sublime ceremony, the Bank of Korea, the branch of the Bank of Korea, and the Seoul Square.

Since then, around 16:34 on the same day, approximately 2,50 of the participants who participated in the election, Eul-ro 1 attempted to drive along the road in the two directions of name-sharing from Roster to 17:35 on the same day, and as a result, Eul-ro 1 was stopped by the police, and the road between the part of the road and the name-dong was occupied by 150 meters away from 150 meters, and the "accident B Nore system and the national competition" was proceeded by up to 17:35 on the same day.

The Defendant, as seen above, participated in the conference of workers and 2,50 participants in the conference from 16:34 to 17:35 on the same day, followed up to 150 meters away from the road between part of the street and the 150-lane, thereby making it impossible for the Defendant to pass the vehicle through the conference.

As above, the Defendant conspired with other participants in other assemblies to interfere with traffic on land.
