Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2013, from around 16:34 to 17:36, the Defendant participated in the assembly of “B-Gu Emergency Stacks pending issues and the 10th task-handling 10th National Assembly,” which was hosted by B-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, in the vicinity of the B-ro, and occupied the two-way lanes prior to the road by 2,50 participants in other assemblies.

Accordingly, the defendant, together with the above 2,500 persons, prevented them from passing the vehicle on the road, thereby hindering the traffic on the road.
