A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the residence of the Defendant in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment 101-1403; (b) around June 2016, the Defendant offered a false career certificate to B after the Defendant, who works for the Korean Disabled Veterans Association E for the purpose of hiring the Defendant in the Military Welfare Center D even though the Defendant had no record of working for the Korean Disabled Veterans Association D.

B, on June 27, 2016, at the D Office of the D branch of the Korean Disabled Party located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (fiveth floor), written “name A, resident registration number G, address C apartment of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 101 and 1403, service period 1 October 1, 2012 to January 24, 2016, position D (department in charge of accounting), military police officers of the Republic of Korea from the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Disabled, E, H, career document submission, and I of the D branch of the Korean Disabled Veterans Association on June 27, 2016, each of which stated, “The name, resident registration number G, address C apartment of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, office period 101 and 1403, office period 2016 to affix the official seal of the D branch of the D branch of the Korean Disabled Party without authority.”

Accordingly, the defendant caused B to prepare a false career certificate, thereby inducing B to forge a private document.

B. On June 27, 2016, the Defendant’s event of the above investigation document is an employee of the above welfare center where the Seoul Si-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a 70-ro 70-ro, could not know the forgery in the military welfare center.

1. (a) As described in paragraph (a), a certificate of work experience issued as if the certificate was duly completed and exercised.

2. Defendant B’s office located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F (five stories) on June 27, 2016 at the office D of the Korean Disabled Veterans Association D.

1. (a) In order to exercise upon A’s request, as described in paragraph (a), a certificate of work experience in the I on proof of fact without authority was forged.
