Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at night at the Daegu District Court on February 5, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 19, 2013.

In order to use them for identification verification at the time of entry into and departure from B, the Defendant thought to issue the resident registration certificate of Dong C.

1. Around 11:00 on September 18, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document, or the uttering of a private document, and at the 1-dong community service center located in the same Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, one copy of the application for the re-issuance of a resident registration certificate in the name of C, which is a private document pertaining to the verification of the fact, for the purpose of using the signature of “C” at the bottom of the applicant column of the “application for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate” as if he was C, was forged, and exercised the application for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate in the name of C, which was forged,

On September 20, 2012, the Defendant issued a certificate of issuance of a resident registration certificate to the head of the Daegu-gu Dong-gu Dong Dong-gu Dong-gu Dong-gu Dong-gu, a public document issued in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, by presenting the “certificate of issuance of a resident registration certificate” to the Defendant as if the Defendant were an application for issuance of a resident registration certificate to the Defendant.

1. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37, Article 38(1)2 and Article 50 of the Criminal Act shall apply to concurrent crimes;
