A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant was aware that he had been in common.

Recognizing that C may receive national pension from the National Pension Service, C's resident registration certificate was reissued and C's account was opened in the name of C, and C's national pension was received.

1. Replacement of resident registration certificates;

A. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant forged private documents at the E community service center located in Dongducheon-si, Dongducheon-si, stating “C” and “F” in the name column of the application for the re-issuance of resident registration certificates kept therein, and voluntarily signed “C” in the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of a resident registration certificate issued in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1, exercised a forged resident registration certificate to G who is a public official in charge of issuing the resident registration of the E community service center in Dong Dong-cheon-si, where he/she is aware of the forgery, as if the written application was a document duly formed.

The Defendant interfered with the performance of public duties by deceptive means, at the time, at the time, at the places specified in paragraph (1)(b) above, responded to G with the competent officer of the E community service center in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-do, who asked him/her as C, and was in possession of C with the application

On June 1, 2017, at the above E community service center around 08:59, the Defendant submitted a certificate to the competent officer of the same E community service center, and requested the issuance of the above resident registration certificate, and received C resident registration certificate from the first who was sent to C.

Accordingly, the defendant re-issues the resident registration certificate of public official by fraudulent means.
