A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant was not a narcotics handler, the Defendant sold the psychotropic drugs LSdi (SD, Lysergic Acidic Acidide, hereinafter “LSdi”) or traded, issued, or received marijuana as follows.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On September 19, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant traded LSD in the way of hiding three copies of the smoking paper (the size of the stop saw; hereinafter the same shall apply) containing ELSD at the Internet site to the non-stop account of the name and non-stop box known in the process of the search of narcotics, etc. at the Internet site. If he/she deposits 600,000 won in cash to the non-stop account of the non-stop, which he/she became aware of in the process of the search of narcotics, he/she purchased and sold LSD in the manner of searching for it.

At around 11:00 on September 20, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from the Party E at the same location as the above A, from the Defendant’s new bank account under the name of the Defendant, and sent ELSD 3 to E using the post office home page, and traded ELS 3 of the above paragraph (a).

On October 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) deposited bit 1350,000 won in cash in the bit bitco account of the person without the above name, and (b) sold ELSD by means of searching for five (5) gold straws containing ELS dys, known to the place.

around 20:00 on October 10, 2016, the Defendant 1.350,000 won in cash from the above E in the street around “I” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and the Defendant c.

E. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant around 23:00 square meters.
