A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Gohap 184" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On May 22, 2017, around 22:27, the Defendant, at the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cheongyang-ridong, to communicate with the names influor and G, to purchase ELSD at 300,000 won, which is a local mental medicine. The Defendant transferred 300,000 won to the above name in the name in the name in the name of a non-coin account for the purchase price, and then traded 2 a paper containing ELSD, which is located near the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cheongyang-ridong around 23:0 on the same day.

B. On May 24, 2017, around 23:00, the Defendant used the same by inserting a type of H apartment in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H apartment 101 Dong 906, LSdi, and a type of el Esdi in the entrance.

On May 25, 2017, around 04:30 on May 25, 2017, the Defendant possessed a criminal police station in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and an I Team office in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and a ELS Smoking paper in the back part of the Defendant.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On May 15, 2017, around 21:54, the Defendant traded marijuana in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in a manner of bringing about about 3g of marijuana near Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, on the same day, when no one sells or sells marijuana, he/she contacted with his/her name-free persons and G to purchase it to 500,000 won, and transferred 50,000 won to the said name-free persons as the purchase price, and then, from around 23:00 on the same day, he/she traded it in a manner of bringing about 3g of marijuana located near Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.

B. On May 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, 101 and 906 of the H apartment housing 101; and (b) no person smoked marijuana; (c) placed marijuana equivalent to 1.66g, into a tobacco dog; and (d) smoked in a way that smokeed by attaching it to the dog of the said tobacco.

around 13:25 on May 25, 2017, the Defendant posted the marijuana amounting to 1.34g from the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu J 3rd, and the Defendant’s key money on his own.
