A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. L. S.D. smuggling;

A. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant, around 02:27, to import from the Defendant’s residence located in Seongdong-gu Seoul apartment 106 Dong 704, Dongdong-gu, Seoul, 100,000 won to the Nonghyup Bank account (F) that D uses as the price, and transferred the remaining KRW 50,000 to D in cash.

D around that time, with access to the overseas website “G”, sent approximately KRW 500,000,000 to the bitcoin account in which the name-free narcotics sales books are used in Canada, and entered the residence of the above defendant into the ELSD delivery market.

On March 8, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 50 LSD 50 from Canada, which was concealed in ems international mail and sent by the winners of the above name in the above online order via D’s online order.

B. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) around the first half of the year of the Defendant’s residence, the Defendant agreed to import from D, along with D, LSD 1,500 to another foreign country; and (b) 1,500,000 won check and one copy of the KRW 1,000 Won check to D.

D around that time, with access to the above “G”, sent approximately KRW 4,110,00,000 to the bitco account used by the above-mentioned person, and entered the residence address of the above defendant into the EL Edi delivery branch.

On March 27, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 1,500, from ELSD 1,500, by concealing it in an ems international postal item, through the online order of D, from the above Defendant’s office.

Accordingly, even though the Defendant was not a handler of narcotics in collusion with D, the Defendant imported a total of 1,550 points of ELS 1,550, a local mental medicine in Canada, in the Republic of Korea.

2. On May 16, 2017, the Defendant using LSDD around around 19:00.
