A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant: (a) paid bit cos to the names and Buddhist boxes using the accounts of “C”, “D”, “E”, and “G” from “B”, which are multi-welve web trading sites; and (b) subsequently, intended to sell and purchase marijuana using the so-called “St Melish Melish Melish Melish Melish Meet,” which had been moved to the place designated by the names and Buddhist winners, and concealed by the names and Buddhist persons.

A. A. On July 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to sell and sell marijuana from a person who is not the name, who uses an account under the name, “C” in the above B; (b) transferred a bitco equivalent to 2.40,000 won to a bitco-owner designated by the above person who was in the name, and (c) purchased and sold marijuana in a way that the name, at around 22:30 on the same day, no known address of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is available between 22:30 and 23:00 on the back of the house, where the name, who was in the name, is concealed, from the back of the air conditioner, and approximately 2g of the hemp.

B. Around August 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to trade marijuana from a person who was unaware of the name using the account named “D” in the above B; and (b) transferred approximately KRW 300,000 to a bitco-owner designated by the above person who was not in the name of the Defendant; and (c) traded marijuana by finding approximately 3g of hemp, whose name was hidden on the back of the back of the air-conditioning room of the I neighboring residence located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu around the same day.

On September 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to sell and sell marijuana from a person who was influent name using the account named “C” in the above B; (b) transferred approximately 4.440,000 won of bitcos, designated by the person who was influent’s name, to a bitco, and (c) purchased and sold marijuana in such a way as to find two marijuana sets and two marijuana, whose names are concealed on the back of the house in the address of Gangnam-gu Seoul, not more than Seoul, and whose names are concealed, around the same day.
