Defendant

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants traded, used, received, sold, or smoked marijuana, a psychotropic drugs (SD, Lysergic Acidic Acidide, hereinafter “ELSD”) as follows, even though they are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A.
