1. 2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, had no legitimate authority to open a new mobile phone in the name of H, by forging and exercising the above-mentioned application for joining the name of H, deceiving employees of the KT agent of the company, and using the aforementioned mobile phone by obtaining delivery of the cell phone opened in the name of H from KT Co., Ltd., the victim’s company, and using the mobile phone.
