Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forging a private document;

A. On June 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) indicated “E” in the customer name column, “F” in the resident registration number column, “F 101/408 of G apartment in Chungcheongnam-Namsan,” and “H” in the face number column for entry; (b) indicated “E” in the applicant/applicant column and made “E” sign in the face number column; (c) indicated “E” in the applicant/applicant column; and (d) indicated “E” in the face number column.

As a result, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant set up one copy of the application for joining in the name of E, a private document related to rights and duties.

B. The Defendant continued to enter “A” as “E” in the customer name column, “F” in the resident registration number column, “F 101/408 of G apartment unit in Chungcheong Yansan,” and “I” in the subscription number column, and made “E” written in the applicant/applicant column and signed by “E” following the name.

As a result, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant set up one copy of the application for joining in the name of E, a private document related to rights and duties.

2. On June 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had C agency located in Seosan-si B use two copies of the forged application form for membership (H, “H”, “I”) as genuinely constituted, to employees who could not know the name of the head office of the KT agency located in the KT agency located in Gwangju (hereinafter referred to as “D”); and (b) had employees who could not know about the forgery.
