A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 15, 2016, the Defendant: “D”, “E”, “F in the Handphone column,” “F in the Handphone column,” and signed D name on the part of the Defendant’s name, “A” in the G, “A” in the Handphone column, and “A” in the Handphone column.

As a result, the Defendant forged a copy of the application for Mobio Mobio in the name of a private document related to rights and duties for the purpose of uttering, and submitted the forged application to an employee in the name of the above mobile phone agency who is aware of the forgery to open a mobile phone on the same page and exercised it as if it were duly constituted.

As above, the Defendant deceiving the above employees and delivered 1 unit of Samsung G-9,400, the market price of Samsung G-9,400, which is equivalent to the above employees, from the above employees, to Samsung G-9,400 won, to Samsung G-9,40 won, and around that time, the Defendant acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the claimed charges by using telephone and small amount settlement services for about nine months from around nine months until November 15, 2016.
