A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2017 Highest 3238";

A. On August 7, 2015, the Defendant forged one copy of a new service contract under the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of signing and exercising the name in the name of E on August 7, 2015, in the name column of customer information column of customer information column of “D”, “E”, “F” in the telephone number column of contact, “G” in the column of statutory life, “G in the city of Gyeongbuk-si,” “G in the city of Gyeongbuk-si,” and “user signature column of customer registration”.

2) On August 19, 2015, at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a), the Defendant forged one copy of “Olleh Moble subscription application” in the name of customer in the customer column of “I”, “J”, “F” in the contact column, “K apartment L in Gyeonggi-do in the face of the Plaintiff’s signature,” and “Olleh Moble subscription application” in the name of I, a private document on the rights and obligations, for the purpose of signing and exercising the customer information column.

3) On September 26, 2015, the Defendant forged one “T service new contract” in the name column of customer information column for application for subscription to “T service” in the name column of “I”, “F” in the phone number column of contactable year, “J” in the column of statutory life, “J” in the Note column, “J” in the Note column, and “T service new contract” in the name of “T service” in the name of “I”, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the subscriber, for the purpose of signing and exercising the subscriber’s signature in the subscriber’s signature column.

4) On November 15, 2015, the Defendant forged one copy of “N”, “E”, “G” in the name of the subscriber column, and “E” in the applicant column with the signature of the victim E in the victim’s name in the column of customer information column in the application form for the change of compensation period at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a).

B. At the time and place specified in paragraph (1)(1) above, the Defendant sent a forged T-service new contract to the O employee who is aware of such fact by electronic facsimile as if it was duly formed.
