A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A] 2017 Highest 1443 [Defendant A]
1. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) took place in the mobile phone agency of “F” in the name of “F” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) as if he did not obtain G’s permission by advertising the personal information of G, he did not obtain G’s permission; and (c) had an unqualified person, who became aware of the personal information of G, open the mobile phone in the name of G; and (d) had him open the mobile phone in the name of G; and (e) had him sell the mobile phone; and (e) had him receive part of the sales proceeds.
A. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) indicated “G” in the “consumer name” column in the “consumer name” column, which was kept in the place by using a black-type clock; (b) indicated the date of birth and address of G; and (c) stated “G” and “the date of application” column in “G” column; (d) stated “G” and “G” column in “the date of application” column; and (e) stated “G” in “the date of application.”
B. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant, at the mobile phone agency located in the preceding port, stated “G” in the “consumer name” column in the “consumer” column in the “consumer name” column, which was kept in the said place by the foregoing method, and, after entering the date of birth of G, stated “J” and “date of application” in the “W” column, “W” and “applicant” column, and made the Defendant sign “G” next to that method.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the “application for Soleh Mobio Ba” in the name of G, a private document related to rights and obligations.
2. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant in the event of the foregoing investigation document, at the mobile phone agency set forth in paragraph 1-A around March 25, 2016, the Defendant forged to KT employees in name, who knew of the forgery.
