(b) An interview evaluation item consisting of 100 points in six items, consisting of a person with career in bus operation (not less than the preceding five years) (not less than 1 years), additional points (5 points) for an interview evaluation item consisting of six evaluation factors: driving knowledge and performance of duties (20 points), civil petition response points (20 points), accuracy and logic (20 points), appearance, example, character, good behavior and sincerity (10 points), and the ability to solve conflict between the foregoing items (10 points): Two examiners as a whole after confirming documents submitted by a public official in charge of the interview to select an interview evaluation and interview (10 points): Chapter C of Chapter C of Chapter II of the Korea Road Traffic Authority at the Korea Road Safety Authority;

Ⅱ In principle, the interview is conducted by group meetings (4-5 persons).
