Reasons
Defendant (Defendant B) is a person who served as the secretariat of the F Welfare Center until August 28, 2017.
The Defendant, at around 14:10 on June 16, 2017, at the F Welfare Center office located in Incheon G, prepared the interview grading table in relation to the employment of new employees of the above welfare center as the second interview grading committee in relation to the employment of new employees of social workers in the year 2017, and submitted it to H by the planning and operation team leader H in charge of the personnel management, and completed the interview grading act. As a result of the interview grading, the Defendant, as the result of the interview rating, was anticipated to pass the I’s success that is not good for the employees of the welfare center, made the above Chapter 2, one, each of the new interview grading sheet in which the names of the applicant J and the above I are written, brought to the above H.
