A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 23, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Influence in public places) entered one of two common partitions with a view to maintaining the appearance of women in common use on the first floor of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dlar buildings or committing an indecent act against such women.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on public toilets, which are public places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On July 9, 2015, around 14:40 on July 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) kept women’s appearance in the front section of the commercial toilet located in the first floor of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building, or entered for the purpose of committing an indecent act against the said women; (b) confirmed the victim E (in female, 22 years old)’s appearance in the upper section and the front section of the victim’s left knife; and (c) confirmed the knife’s knife’s knife knife knife knife knife knife.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public toilets, which are public places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire, and intrudes on the rooms occupied by the victim, and makes indecent act by force.

B. Around 02:00 on August 3, 2015, the Defendant entered the above purpose in one column of the above commercial toilet, and confirmed the use of the victim F (the 20-year age), and confirmed the use of the victim F (the 20-year age) in the side column, and led to a gap between the victim’s knife and the knife’s knife from the part of the victim’s sound to the knife.
