A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (carmers, etc. and photographing them);

A. At the end of July 2013, the Defendant entered the public toilets located in the 7th floor of Seoul Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu B building in order to photograph women, and used smartphones, taken a name-free female who reported melting sides in side partitions.

B. On November 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a public toilet located on the first floor of the C building in Yangyang-si, Namyang-si, Seoul; (b) taken a photograph of a man on his name unexplosion who reported a meltion in side partitions using smartphones.

C. On November 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered a public toilet located in the same place as the above 1-B, and taken a name-free female with a view to photographing a person, using a smartphone, who reported a meltion in side partitions. D.

On November 8, 2014, at around 16:34, the Defendant entered a public toilet located in the same place as the above 1-B, to photograph a person, and used smartphones, to photograph a female infinite in name who reported alkines in the side partitions.

E. On November 10, 2014, around 11:48, around 11:48, the victim D (the age of 15) was taken using smartphones in order to photograph women who look at the 5th floor public toilets of the building in the same place as above 1:5.

F. On November 25, 2014, around 19:33, the Defendant entered the public toilets located in the same place as the above 1’s E in order to report the entry of E (15 years of age) into the public toilets and to photograph E (15 years of age).

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public toilets, which are public places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire six times, and photographs the body part of the victims who caused sexual humiliation or sexual humiliation on five occasions.
