A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 14, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order with a fine of KRW 500,000 as a crime of violating the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.) in order for the Defendant to take measures to raise an ancient district court on December 14, 2010, and on October 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million as a crime of violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Crime of Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.
1.
