Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. From July 2014 to August 8, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime, around July 2014 to August 8, 2014, entered into the aforementioned female toilet in view of the fact that women were in three female toilets of the E University Fro-Gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on public toilets, which are public places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on public toilets, which are public places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

2. No person shall photograph another person's body against his/her will, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which may cause a sense of shame;

A. From July 2014 to August 8, 2014, the Defendant took pictures against the will of the victims of the victim’s body using S4 mobile phone camera shooting function when a female victim could not know his/her name at the 3th female toilet of the E University Fropo-Gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, in the toilet space where the female victim entered.

B.
