A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influoration of public places) intruded into the said female toilet for the purpose of photographing women using toilets at the first floor of 1261-ro 5, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, the center of 0:38 to 01:25.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on public toilets, which are public places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On August 14, 2014, from around 00:38 to 01:25, the Defendant, while entering the partitions from female toilets as described in paragraph (1) to around 01:38, the Defendant taken up the toilets of the victim C (nives, 19 years of age) and five women, where the victims, as the cell phone located in the Kameras as above, went to the public, taken up the clothes in order for the victims to see melt the tilt, etc.
