1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From April 6, 2010, the Defendant: (a) from around 4, 2010, up to 1stm2 in Kimhae-si, 201, had two air conditioners, one freezing machine, one landing engine, and one working unit; and (b) processed originals with the trade name of “C” and supplied them to cafeterias.

2. No livestock products, the expiration date marked on which has passed shall be sold or stored for sale;
