Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to operate a livestock product processing business business without permission shall obtain permission from a City/Do Governor for each place of business;

Nevertheless, from October 3, 2014 to June 11, 2015, the Defendant cuted the livestock product processing facilities without the trade name in Kim Jong-si B, and sold them to restaurants, etc. located in the customary market located in the following areas: (a) the Defendant marries, maths, and frys after mixing their lives; (b) by removing the bones of the head of the swine; (c) processed the meat, etc. of the processed livestock products made by mixing the by-products of the head of the swine with the processed livestock products made by compressing them after mixing them; and (d) sold them at the following cities, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant operated livestock product processing business without obtaining permission from the Governor of Jeollabuk-do.

2. No one shall sell, or process, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display for sale any livestock product the expiration date marked on the relevant livestock product;

Nevertheless, at around 13:30 on June 11, 2015, the Defendant, at the freezing storage in the livestock product processing facilities without the above trade name, stored 14 stuffs for the purpose of selling them by processing them as processed swine meat, the distribution period of which is April 15, 2015, at the freezing 13 boxes, the distribution period of which is April 16, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant stored livestock products with the expiration date indicated in the livestock products for sale.
