A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells livestock products with the trade name “D” in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si C.

1. Violation of Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act;

(a) A person who intends to engage in meat packaging business shall obtain permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each workplace;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent administrative authority from November 1, 2008 to May 7, 2013, equipped with one freezing warehouse, one refrigerating warehouse, work stand, etc. in the said D office, and cut and packaged the chills and ducks supplied by the “stock company” and the “stock company’s physical sobribro,” etc., and carried out meat packaging business.

(b) No livestock product, the expiration date marked on the relevant livestock product shall be sold, nor treated, processed, packaged, used, imported, stored, transported, or displayed for sale;

1) Around September 21, 2012 and around the 222th of the same month, the Defendant supplied 480 chillers with the distribution period of 2,00 from September 20, 2012 to September 29, 2012. From around that time, the Defendant kept 320 cubers in the said D’s freezing storage for the purpose of selling 320 cubers, which were not sold within the distribution period. (2) The Defendant: (a) on July 24, 2012, the distribution period of which was 2,000 cubers, the cubers, the distribution period of which was 2,000 from July 21, 2012 to the 29th of the same month; and (b) the Defendant kept cubers for the purpose of selling cubers, the cubers of which was 900 cubersed in the distribution period of 200 cubers.

(c) The name, location, and distribution period of the livestock products whose standards for labeling are determined;
