A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, after completing a report on the livestock product sales business (me-sale business) on April 15, 201, operates the F in E when he/she is commercialized.

1. No person who operates a livestock product processing business without permission shall engage in livestock product processing business without permission from the competent authority;

Nevertheless, in collusion with G and H, the Defendant sold the above processed meat amounting to KRW 41,556,60,00 to the instant restaurant at the country of Seoul, Masan, and Masan, without obtaining permission for livestock products (food) processing business as shown in the attached list of crimes.

3. Any operator of a livestock products sales business who has violated the storage method of livestock products whose expiration date has passed shall keep such livestock products separately from a certain area within a cooling place, freezing warehouse, or facility after indicating such products for disposal.

Nevertheless, around May 27, 2015, the Defendant kept two stuffs of the swine appurtenances, the expiration date of which was December 3, 2014, along with other pigs appurtenances, etc. in a normal way, without indicating as “defishing” the distribution period to the F cooling warehouse.
