A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with the trade name “D” in Chuncheon City, operates livestock product processing business (congested meat) and meat packaging business from March 9, 1994 to the present day.

1. Violation of Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act;

A.
