A The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, money is made.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are child care teachers of E-care centers in Kimhae-siD.

1. On August 24, 2017, Defendant A, at around 09:07, on the grounds that the victim F (n, two years of age) and the victim F (n, two years of age) are in dispute with children, Defendant A placed both descendants in the victim’s summer and placed the victim in the toilet for the above child care center, and made the victim married for about 30 minutes until 09:38 of the same day after being placed in the toilet for the above child care center.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of children.

2. Defendant B: (a) 10:08 around August 24, 2017, on the ground that the victimized person had a dispute with the same child, he gets the shoulder of the victimized person by hand; (b) putting the injured person into the body of the injured person by hand on one occasion; and (c) putting the injured person into the toilets of the above childcare center; and (d) putting the injured person out of the toilet, after locking it, putting the injured person out of the toilet into the toilet for about 10 minutes from then 10:19 of the same day, the injured person was mixed with the injured person for about 10 minutes; and (c) 10:56 of the same day, around 10:56 of the same day, the injured person sat down the floor with his hand on the ground that the injured person did not immediately sit in the classes of the above childcare center; and (d) 2) satn the damaged person’s s part, thereby leaving the floor again.

As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse against a child that may injure the child's body or injure the physical health and development of the child, and committed emotional abuse that may injure the child's mental health and development.
