A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall commit any physical abuse against a child that may injure his/her body or injure his/her physical health and development, or emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of a child.

The defendant is the director of the "E Child Care Center" in Jeju City D.
