Defendant

From May 1, 2017 to November 201 of the same year, A was employed as a 's 's 'ssssachling Ban' childcare center located in G Child F in the wife population, and Defendant B was employed as a 's child care teacher' in the above 's care teacher' from March 1, 2016 to Hanman from November 2017.

1. On August 7, 2017, Defendant A: (a) around 10:50 on August 7, 2017, the Defendant sent the victim in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached Form No. 1 by November 14, 201, including that the victim H (2) who was the original student was spawned, and that the victim was spawned by hand until November 14 of the same year.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed physical abuse and emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of a child, which may injure the child's body or undermine the physical health and development of the child.

2. On September 21, 2017, around 10:05, the Defendant: (a) moved in the arms of the victim H(2) in the instant child care center classroom; (b) moved in the body and face of the victim to the toy block; and (c) moved in the victim in the same manner as the part of the attached crime sight table (2) from October 30 of the same year until October of the same year.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed physical abuse and emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of a child, which may injure the child's body or undermine the physical health and development of the child.
