A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a private child care center, is a person who is obligated to report child abuse as a child care teacher against the sea of "C Child Care Center", and the victim D(4) is a child who is a victim of the above child care center that the Defendant protects.

No one shall commit any emotional abuse against a child that may injure his/her body, or injure his/her physical health and development, or that may injure the mental health and development of a child.

1. On April 7, 2016, at around 13:45, the Defendant: (a) led the victim’s arms to the victim’s arms; (b) opened the entrance door to the entrance of the victim on the ground that the victim does not listen to the horses in the classrooms of the sea of the C Child Care Center located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (c) sent the victim to the outside of the classroom with the victim’s bags.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of the victim, who is a child, and assaults the victim at the same time.

2. On April 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around April 14:21, 2016, on the ground that the victim does not listen to the horses at the above location; (b) led the victim’s arms kneeing on the floor; and (c) led the entrance, seated on the next floor, and repeated down the victim on the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of the victim, who is a child, and assaults the victim at the same time.

3. On April 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) led the victim’s arms on the ground that the victim does not listen to the horse at the above place; (b) led the victim’s arms in the classroom room; and (c) went out of the classroom with the victim’s arms going in excess of the floor; and (d) went out of the classroom with the victim’s arms going in excess of the victim’s arms 2 to 3 occasions; and (c) caused the victim to fall up on the floor; and (d) caused the victim to fall up on the floor; and (e) went out of the classroom by hand, leading the victim, leading the victim and going out of the classroom with the victim’s arms going in excess of the floor.
