A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as follows, forged the resident registration certificate of the Lee Dong-dong, and used a passport illegally issued under C’s name by exercising that right, and returned to Korea on October 25, 199 after leaving the Republic of Korea to Japan and Japan on July 9, 2003, and continued to have an escape life on December 19, 2013.

1. On March 29, 1994, the Defendant, while departing from Japan on March 29, 1994 and staying illegally. On July 1, 1998, the Defendant was issued one copy of the forged resident registration certificate by removing C’s photograph from the above intermediary’s resident registration certificate from the above intermediary and attaching the Defendant’s photograph.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the resident registration certificate for C in the name of the head of Gangdong-gu, an official document.

B. On July 23, 1998, the Defendant filed an application for the issuance of a passport in the Seocho-gu Office’s name via the above arrangement book with the Seocho-gu Office’s civil petition office located in Yang Jae-dong, and submitted the forged official document as if the above forged official was a document duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant held one copy of the above resident registration certificate, which is a forged official document.
