A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In order to have a Japanese departure from the Republic of Korea with a forged passport of another person’s name forged, the defendant had a mind to pay forged expenses and to forge a passport.

On January 1, 1998, at the C hotel coffee shop located at the Government of Donman, the Defendant asked the above-mentioned person to forge a passport, and provided the defendant's photograph and the expenses necessary for forging a passport, and the above-mentioned person who has forged the passport in the name of a third party with the photograph and money received from the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above-mentioned person, forged a passport in the name of a person who was not the official document.

2. On March 198, 1998, the Defendant: (a) delivered a forged passport under the name of a third party at a port of supply of Kimhae-dong in Gangseo-gu, Busan, Busan, from his name-free person; and (b) exercised the above passport by presenting it to the public official in charge of knowing that the passport was forged at a port of departure inspection of Kimhae International Airport; and (c) after having arrived at the port of Nauri-si in the territory of the Republic of Korea on the same day, he again presented the above passport at an entry inspection place.

3. On March 1998, the Defendant, in violation of the Stows Control Act, left the Republic of Korea to Japan, a region other than the Republic of Korea without any justifiable reason, as described in paragraph (2).
