A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendant offered that he will pay a bank account to be used for an unlawful purpose, such as loan fraud, from a person who has no name, who is a total book for forgery of the loan fraud and resident registration certificate, and sent his photographed file to the person who has no name, and replaced it with the Defendant’s photograph, and then opened several bank accounts at the bank using it, and received several other’s resident registration certificates which were forged and used by the Defendant’s photograph, and received several bank accounts from the above person who

On February 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a phone call to C photographer in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, which had taken the former photographic photo; and (b) asked the above party to send his/her photographic file to the above party in his/her name as a mail; (c) on February 22, 2013, the above party in whose name the files were sent to the Defendant in his/her name were sent to the above party in his/her resident registration certificate box by an unreceptic method; and (d) forged one copy of his/her resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Seo-gu, Daegu, the head of Si/Gun/Gu, which is an official document, by printing the Defendant’s photographic file in his/her name as above in his/her name in an unrec

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a person who was not a person with a name, forged one resident registration certificate, which is an official document under the name of the head of Seogu, Daegu.

2. Counterfeiting of forged official documents;

A. On February 22, 2013, the Defendant opened the account in the name of D at the same seat of the Daegu Bank instead of Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-dong, and the account in the name of D.

As in the same paragraph, a forged D resident registration certificate was presented to a bank employee who is not aware of the fact.

B. On February 22, 2013, the Defendant opened the said 1. A at the seat of the movable property of Korea, located in Daegu Jung-gu, the movable property of which is located in 127-6, the movable property of Korea, and an account in the name of D.

As in the same paragraph, a forged D resident registration certificate was presented to a bank employee who is not aware of the fact.
