A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After a long period of time, the Defendant thought that it is difficult for him to obtain a passport under his name, and had the intention to depart from the Republic of Korea under the name of two-dimensional C.

1. On March 196, the Defendant: (a) around March 1996, he removed C’s photograph from C’s resident registration certificate located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju in the face-gu, with a face-car and attached the Defendant’s photograph.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a resident registration certificate of the Gu in the name of the head of Seo-gu, Gwangju.

2. On March 14, 1996, the Defendant presented that, while applying for a passport at the civil petition passport and the window for issuance of a passport in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, the public official in charge of issuance of a false name-free passport who knows the forgery of the passport, the Defendant presented that the above forged resident registration certificate was duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised one resident registration certificate, which is a forged official document.

3. No person who violates the provisions of any passport shall enter false facts in any documents submitted to have a passport, etc. issued or reissued, or have any passport, etc. issued or reissued by other unlawful means;

A. On March 14, 1996, the Defendant presented a forged resident registration certificate to the public official in charge of issuance of a passport with no name at the civil petition passport and the window of issuance of a passport to the above Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, and submitted a photograph of the Defendant, stating C’s personal information, etc., and submitted a written application for issuance of a passport with a photograph of the Defendant around the 15th of the same month.

As a result, the defendant made a false report to a public official, made him enter false facts in a passport, and received a passport by unlawful means.

B. Around September 16, 1999, the Defendant issued a nameless passport at the Jongno-gu Office civil petition passport and the passport issuance counter located in Jongno-gu Office, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
