Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 8, 2010, the Defendant prepared qualification-based private documents requested D (State) sales store employees who are not aware of the Defendant’s residence, to install water purifiers 1, 502 in the name of E in the name of E, which was acquired by using the personal information of E, while the Defendant engaged in credit business, as if the Defendant was said E, while engaging in the credit business. At the same time, the Defendant requested D (State) sales store employees who are not aware of the fact that the Defendant had installed water purifiers 1, 502 in the name of E.
Since then, with the consent of the Defendant, the Defendant told his wife G that, as above, the water purifier 1 and one air conditioners were to fall from E in the name of E, and the installation engineer of D (States) who could not know such fact, installed one water purifier and one air conditioner in the above Defendant’s residential area, and requested G to confirm the contract and the acquisition.
At this time, the Defendant’s wife G, who was at the above location, believed that the Defendant installed water purifiers, etc. with the consent of E, stated “spouse”, “G” in the name column and “G” in the contract date column for the relation between the contractor and the contractor, respectively, in the E’s water purifier rental contract and the air condition rental contract, that the Defendant believed that the Defendant installed water purifiers, etc. with the consent of E.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant's wife G was required to prepare the water purifiers lease contract and the air clean siren lease contract in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations, using the qualification of the spouse of E.
2. The defendant, at the same time and place as described in the above Paragraph 1, shall, for the purpose of exercising his or her spouse qualification in the above manner, have his or her wife G prepare the water purifiers lease contract and the air blue rental contract in the name of E, a private document concerning his or her rights and duties, with the intent to gather his or her spouse qualification and submit it to the D installer whose name is unknown.
