Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On July 18, 201, the Defendant signed “E” in the contract form and confirmation on the receipt of the site for the water purifier siren (lease) contract in which the Defendant signed “C” and the resident registration number column entered “D” in the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house (BB BB 103) and performed the following construction works: (a) forged one copy of the water purifier lease contract in the name of C, a private document pertaining to the rights and obligations, which is a private document for the purpose of exercising the right and obligations by entering “E” in the column of relationship with the contractor; and (b) exercised the said siren (lease) lease contract with G employees of F Co., Ltd., Ltd. as if they were duly concluded.

B. On November 5, 2011, the Defendant: (a) signed the “C” and the “C” column of the “D”) contract for the land for the water purifier siren (lease); and (b) signed the “I” in the “D” column; (c) forged one copy of the C’s water purifier lease contract with respect to the rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising the contractual relationship with the contractual party by entering the “l” in the “l” column; and (d) exercised the NA’s license lease contract with respect to the said rights and obligations to the employees of F Co., Ltd., Ltd. as if the contract was duly completed.

2. Preparation of qualification documents, private documents, and preparation of qualification documents, and display of qualification documents;

A. On October 7, 2011, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located under the Defendant’s house located under the building 201, signed “C” and “D” as “A” in the form of a contract and the confirmation of acceptance of a site for air conditioners (lease) contract entered into “D” and signed “A” in the column for confirmation of acceptance, and prepared one copy of the air conditioners (lease Lease Contract) contract, which is a private document regarding rights and obligations, using the qualification of the agent of C, with the intent to use the name of “mother” in the column for the contractual party’s relationship, and prepared one copy of the said rental contract to the employees of F Co., Ltd., who may know of that fact.
