Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Criminal facts

1. On March 10, 2011, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) stated the victim D’s resident registration number (E) and personal information, etc. recorded in the next employees set at the time of working as the Busan Jung-gu Branch C branch employees; and (b) entered the victim’s resident registration number in his/her own name when preparing a siren subscription form in the name of the victim, as if the victim leased C/C-regular two and one water purifier from C corporation.

Accordingly, the defendant arbitrarily used the victim's resident registration number without the consent of the victim.

2. When the Defendant had a poor performance as a C business employee, the Defendant used the victim’s personal informationD to use the stolen personal information, thereby concluding a contract with two air conditioners and one water purifier in the victim’s name, thereby raising the performance.

On March 10, 2011, at the office of the above C branch office, the Defendant prepared two copies of the written application for the water purifiers rental (lease) in the form of “Lessee’s name: D. bank, bank/credit card number: National bank, resident number: F., resident number: E., payment date: 25 days,” and written one copy of the written application for the water purifier rental (lease), stating it in the same manner.

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged two copies of a letter of subscription for a regular siren (lease) in the name of the victim D, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations, and a letter of subscription for a water purifier (Lease).

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), submitted three copies of the forged subscription form, as described in paragraph (2), to an employee in charge of receipt of false name in C’s office, as if the offer was duly formed.

4. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in Paragraph 2, deceivings the written application for a siren (lease) forged under the name of D as if the written application were genuine, and submitted it to the Victim C, and its equipment is from the victim.
