Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with B, the Defendant, even though not C, intended to place a telephone-based water purifier and air-to-door agency with the most disguisedly as C, and had the Defendant receive the money by fraud without paying the usage fee.

1. Crimes committed on April 28, 2012;

A. On April 28, 2012, the Defendant and B issued an order of “B” call from B to B, i.e., i., e., e., e., e., i., e., e., 1 water purifiers on the 1st floor, Namyang-si, E., to install 1 water purifiers and 1 air conditioners,” and on the same day, the said company’s name defective installation engineer visited the above address to check all the above contract terms and conditions, and in particular, confirmed and consented to the method of payment of charges under the contract terms and conditions, and confirmed that he received the normal installation from CSSD, an installation engineer, on April 28, 2012: C’s name on the same day.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with B, forged 2 copies of the rental agreement in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations, and delivered them as if they were the document duly formed to the above-mentioned installation engineer who is aware of the forgery.

B. The defendant and B are the 1-A.

Inasmuch as a victim’s water purifier and one air conditioner installed at the time and place set forth in the port were to be sold to others immediately through the Internet, there was no intention or ability to pay sirens for the said goods.

Nevertheless, the defendant conspired with B, and the above mentioned above.

The document as described in paragraph (1) shall be forged and held, and the sum of KRW 79,300 per month shall be KRW 21 months after the victim installed one water purifier and one air conditioner.
