A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant had B attorney-at-law prepare a written complaint against E, F, and G in the law office D located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

The statement of the complaint states that "the defendant, in collusion with the defendant, E, F, and G, had the defendant take additional loans from the bank at the office of the HA certified judicial scrivener office, had the name and telephone number of the defendant write his name and affix his/her seal on a paper only one page, and then prepare a document stating a mortgage contract at will, and then, prepare a document stating the name and telephone number of the document stating the mortgage contract in the debtor column, and then submit the document to the Kimpo Civil Service Office to use the forged private document as if the defendant affixed his/her seal."

However, on May 2, 2014, the Defendant concluded a mortgage-based contract to preserve the construction price to be paid to E with F, a secretary, at the office of HA certified judicial scrivener office, and signed the contract, signed the name and telephone number in the column of the debtor of the contract, and signed the seal, and delegated the establishment of a mortgage to the above certified judicial scrivener office.

Nevertheless, the defendant submitted a false complaint and stated false facts E.
