1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) made a written complaint to the effect that “A, without the consent of the Defendant, voluntarily affixed the Defendant’s seal on the marriage report and made a false report of marriage; (b) signed the name, resident registration number, and address with the intention of marriage with C; and (c) delegated C with the report of marriage to C; (d) on May 23, 2014, the Defendant filed a complaint to the effect that “A, who is the Defendant, arbitrarily affixed the Defendant’s seal without the Defendant’s consent, affixed it on the marriage report and submitted it to the police officer to obtain criminal punishment.”
