Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who actually operated D in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around 2006 to October 25, 2010, while E was a person who had worked in D from September 2002 to February 3, 2010.

On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) prepared a draft of the complaint stating that “E, the Defendant, using his/her seal, made a written confirmation in the name of the Defendant D (H) with the intent to have the Defendant punished by penal punishment; (b) prepared a draft of the complaint stating that “E, the Defendant, using his/her seal, made a thorough investigation; and (c) printed the draft of the complaint in writing at the office of the Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government office, and then, (d) submitted the written complaint to the public service center of the Seoul Dobong Police Station in the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on September 2012, the Defendant filed the complaint by mail.

In addition, on September 24, 2012, the Defendant made a statement to the effect that “E, the Defendant, who was the Defendant, arbitrarily affixed a corporate seal to the Seoul Eastern District Court, forged a document on which he had the corporate seal affixed, submitted and exercised such forged document to the Seoul Eastern District Court, thereby deceiving the said court to acquire money.”

However, on January 201, the defendant prepared a confirmation document that he did not receive 8,250,000 won from D (State) and proposed that he would collect money from investment certificates from D (State) Specialized Construction Mutual Aid Association based on the above confirmation document, and obtained E's consent. On January 201, 201, the defendant affixed the employee seal on the confirmation document in the name of D (State) written by E (State) within Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Songpadong, and there was no fact that E forged or forged confirmation document under the name of D (State).

Nevertheless, the defendant submitted a false complaint to an investigative agency and made a false complaint to the investigation agency for E.
