Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the C administrative affairs office located in Jinju-si B, the Defendant: (b) had an administrative agency located there loaned the name of the complainant to purchase the flag in order to purchase the flag; (c) had the complainant purchase the flag on Nov., 2012; (d) obtained a certificate of personal seal impression, a certificate of personal seal impression, etc. from the complainant; and (d) forged and exercised the documents in the name of the complainant necessary for the purchase of the flag for five tons of truck without the complainant’s permission; and (e) filed the above complaint with the public service center of Jin-nam Police Station on the same day.

However, on November 2012, the Defendant delegated D with the authority to prepare an application for a truck with five tons in the name of the Defendant, and D, with the legitimate authority in accordance with the above delegation, only prepared an application for a five ton truck with the name of the Defendant, but did not forge documents in the name of the Defendant or use them.

Nevertheless, on November 25, 2016, the Defendant stated that “In order to purchase a 5 tons truck by using a certificate of the complainant’s seal impression, resident registration certificate, certified copy, and seal, a copy of the resident registration, and a letter of agreement to be exchanged, the name, resident registration number, address, and telephone number of the complainant is stated, and the document was forged by signing and sealing it in the name of the complainant and using a signature and seal of the complainant, and exercising it.”

Accordingly, the defendant was committed for the purpose of having D criminal punishment.
