Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 12, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective violence, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Gwangju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 20th of the same month.

B On September 5, 2012, the sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for one year was rendered by the Gwangju District Court on September 5, 2012, and the sentence became final and conclusive on September 13, 2012.

C On May 2, 2013, the Suwon District Court sentenced 8 months of suspended sentence to 3 years of imprisonment for the crime of aiding and abetting the violation of the Korean Racing Association Act, and became final and conclusive on May 30, 2013.

A. On July 25, 201, the Defendant received deposit of KRW 6,500,00 from NN who is the operator of the horse racing and received deposit of KRW 6,50,000 from the Defendant at the job placement office operated by NN who is the Defendant in Gwangju Northern-gu, to purchase or arrange for the purchase of the horse horse tickets on behalf of or in the course of the purchase of the horse horse tickets by proxy and to acquire or directly purchase the horse horse tickets. On October 14, 201, the Defendant purchased the horse horse tickets from N who is the operator of the horse racing by proxy or by direct means of the horse racing voting by M, and then acquired the horse tickets by 1% of the purchase price of the horse horse tickets.
In addition, as seen above J from September 17, 2010 to May 11, 2012, the Defendant arranged the purchase of private horse tickets and acquired certain fees from private horse tickets buyers,O, P, etc., such as the purchase entrustment of private horse tickets from private horse tickets buyers, N of private horse operators, Q, etc., upon request of the purchaser of private horse tickets.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the act of similar riding voting such as N and Q in collusion with J.
