Punishment of the crime

Defendant B, while being aware of the circumstances that A, with the date and time specified in paragraph (1), and at the place specified in paragraph (1), had the purchaser of the right of horse racing, take an act similar to the horse racing voting conducted by the Korean Racing Association, such as walking a horse ticket purchase slip from F, G, H, I, and J, which is a purchaser of the right of horse horse tickets, and delivering it to A, thereby aiding and abetting Defendant B, by facilitating the act of paying goods or property benefits to the enemy.
