1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final.

1. Defendant A

A. On October 14, 201, the Defendant deposited KRW 6,500,00 in the job placement office operated by G, and then purchased a private horse race ticket from B, a private horse race operator, by using the same, after receiving KRW 6,50,000 from J to request for purchase of a private horse race ticket from the private horse race operator, and by having J act by proxy or by Justice conduct a similar horse race voting in person, and then acquire 1% of the purchase amount of a private horse race ticket after having acquired a certain fee or directly purchased a private horse race ticket.

In addition, the Defendant, like the above G from September 17, 2010 to May 11, 2012, as indicated in the list of crimes (1) in the same manner as the above office, arranged the purchase of private horse tickets and acquired certain fees from the purchaser of private horse tickets from the J, K, L, etc., to the purchase entrustment of private horse tickets, the private horse operator B, M, N, etc. at the request of the purchaser of private horse tickets.

As a result, the Defendant aided and abetted the act of similar riding voting by B, M and N along with G.

B. The Defendant conspired with G on October 30, 2010.

In relation to the horse racing operated by the Korean Racing Association at the job placement office listed in the port, the amount of KRW 15 million was transferred to the private horse operated by B on three occasions, and the horse riding voting was conducted by purchasing private horse tickets equivalent to that amount.

In addition, from February 14, 2009 to May 13, 2012, the Defendant purchased a private horse ticket from a private horse operator, such as B, in the same manner as the written list of crimes (1).

This is carried out by the Defendant in collusion with G.
