Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of 3 years and 6 months and fine of 1,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on May 4, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 29, 201.

1. On June 1, 2012, around 14:30 on June 1, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents stated “F” and “G” in the name column of the applicant customer registration number column in the new service contract for the issuance of new mobile phones delivered D at will using the visible fences kept in the “E” store located in the Geumcheon-gu Busan Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a new service contract in the name of F, which is a private document on rights and duties, for the purpose of exercising a new mobile phone from D.

From the above date to April 13, 2013, the Defendant forged eight new service contract under the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising a new mobile phone through the same method eight times from the Daegu Suwon-gu and Busan-gu, as shown in the List of Crimes (1).

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, submitted a forged new service contract to D, who is aware of the forgery, as above, as if it had been duly formed.

From the above date to April 13, 2013, the Defendant submitted 8 copies of a new service contract, which was forged in the same way eight times from the land of Daegu Suwon-gu and Busan-gu, as shown in attached Table 1 (1), as if it were duly constituted.

3. The thief Defendant submitted to the victim D a new contract for the service in the name of F forged at the time, time, and place as described in paragraph (1) at the same time and place as described in paragraph (1), but the victim stated that “the victim would display a mobile phone to her wife and have an identification card,” and then the market price is equivalent to KRW 89,800.
