A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around October 13, 2012, entered “D”, “E”, “E”, and “D” in the name and address column of the customer information column for the application for purchase of the new service site at the above “C” office; and (b) signed D in the name and address column of D.

The Defendant continued to write “D”, “SU870”, “SU87,00”, “A”, and “D’s signature on the part of the applicant’s name,” and written “D’s name on the part of the customer’s name,” and signed D’s name on the part of the applicant’s name, “D’s application form for consent to collect and use personal location information in the form of the purchase customer information sheet for the mobile phone installment transaction contract.” The Defendant signed D’s name next to D’s name.

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a new service contract, etc. on six occasions in total, from that time to April 24, 2013, including a forged copy of a new service contract in the name of D, one of the contract for the installment transaction of a device, one of the written consent for the collection and use of personal location information, and one of the written consent for the collection and use of the personal location information in the SKplex (main).

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph, cans the new service contract, etc., which is forged, and is the file of a document in which the image file is duly formed.
